Alan Light and John Carter Cash To Participate in Book Talk at the County Music Hall of Fame on December 8th

WHO: Alan Light, author and frequent contributor to the New York Times and Rolling Stone, will be joined by singer-songwriter, author and Grammy-winning producer John Carter Cash to discuss Light’s most recent work, Johnny Cash: The Life and Legacy of the Man in Black.

WHEN: Saturday, Dec. 8 at 2:00 p.m.

WHAT: Johnny Cash: The Life and Legacy of the Man in Black is an illustrated biography revealing Cash’s personal and professional life through previously unpublished material including handwritten notes and lyrics, photographs, and beloved objects from his home and recording studio. During this program, Light will be joined by Carter Cash to discuss the process of gathering these new finds for the book. The program will also a performance by Carter Cash.

WHERE: The program will take place in the museum’s Ford Theater. It is included with museum admission, and free to museum members.
